The ESHS Block C – Admin Building project involved the construction of a new administrative facility at Elmore Stoutt High School in Road Town, Tortola. The project was delivered for the Recovery & Development Agency and carried out between April and August 2022.
The scope focused on constructing a functional, durable building suited to daily administrative use within an active school campus. Works were managed on site with attention to schedule coordination, safety, and compliance with institutional building requirements.
