This project involved extensive residential reconstruction and upgrades following damage caused by Hurricane Irma. The scope included structural modifications to improve safety and resilience, along with targeted renovations to modernize key living spaces.
Works included the removal and replacement of the existing second-storey roof, the construction of a reinforced safe room with a concrete roof, and the addition of a garage. All exterior openings were upgraded with PGT impact-resistant windows and doors to improve storm protection. Interior renovations focused on the downstairs apartment, with new cabinetry, fixtures, closets, and finishes installed throughout.
The project remains ongoing, with construction managed and coordinated to accommodate both structural upgrades and interior improvements.
