Project Overview

This project involved targeted construction and upgrade works to an existing beachfront residence in Apple Bay, Tortola. The scope included the construction of a new roof, along with the supply and installation of new windows, doors, and floor tiles.

Works were carried out between February and September 2023, with a focus on improving the building’s durability and finishes.
